Kitchen Staff (3 Positions Available)

Under the direction of the Foodservice Manager, is responsible for helping safely stock, prepare, cook, and serve three meals a day in our Dining Hall. Is also responsible for washing dishes and cooking utensils, helping to maintain a safe, clean working environment.


  • Prior cooking experience (kitchen, restaurant, waitress, ect).
  • Knowledgable about general nutrition, safe handling of food, and basic cooking techniques.
  • Prior camping experience.
  • Energetic, flexible, creative, organized and posses good people skills.


  • Daily preparation and cooking of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Daily cleanup of dishes and cooking utensils.
  • Helping inventory and stock new shipments into the kitchen.
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, clean kitchen, storage rooms, freezers and serving areas.
  • Under the direction of the Foodservice manager, help with any auxillary tasks.
